The WizBar comes with an accelerometer that lets George interact with and manipulate on screen objects through gesture recognition and pointing. This makes the characters and environment from games like Tiger Woods PGA and Beijing 2009 Olympics look real. Thus, it seems as if George is shooting three-pointers, striking down pins, and scoring hole in ones in real life, when in reality, it's his game character doing all of those.
